Course description

The tailor-made programme for a candidate member of a bank's supervisory or managing board will consist of the following subjects:

  • Background, basic principles and structure of CRDIV, CRDV, CRR (II), part 3 of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wft) (including operating standards), Basel III / III.5, incl. ICAAP, ILAAP
  • Correlation between European and Dutch financial law;
  • Governance focusing on banks specifically;
  • Financial risk management;
  • Asset & liability management

The topics listed above will naturally be tailored to address the specific situation and issues faced by the bank in question.
