Participants Agent in Syndicated Loans 2023/2024:
“I would highly recommend the Certified Agent in Syndicated Loans course to any person who wants to expand their knowledge on all things related to Agency. The course ranges from foundational knowledge to the finer intricacies one will come across in the field. What is more, the course topics are forward-looking towards future developments and regulations that will affect not only global economies but also the banking sector. For me, the most valuable aspects were the practical case studies brought forward by the professional instructors and my peers. By applying theory to practical examples vis-à-vis case studies, all participants could gain wider insights into the role as an Agent and how to further manage all stakeholders involved in a syndicated transaction.”

"Having worked within the Loans Agency sector in London for 12 years I have previously attended LMA courses and talks which were undoubtedly beneficial, however I had not encountered a specific Loans Agency Diploma Course dedicated to covering all aspects on the Facility and Security Agent role. This course covered a broad range of topics some of which being the importance of the role of the Agent, difficulties which the Agent may face, compatibility of operational and legal elements of documentation, as well as upcoming regulatory/sanction changes and how this may impact those within the Loans Agency world. Each lecture was provided by a subject matter expect within the field such as Agency, External Legal Counsel and Compliance. Overall, I feel the course is a great opportunity for all to deepen their Agency knowledge and develop a further in-depth understanding of all aspects of the Loans Agency role."

"This training has provided me with great added value in my daily work. Because the training is not only focused on the daily agency activities but also looks at the entire process of syndicated loans, you learn to see the bigger picture.
The interaction with fellow students and teachers is also very valuable. You learn from each other how things are handled within their own organization.
Finally, it has also given a significant boost to my development of the English language, since a number of English-speaking fellow students participated. This meant working, talking and thinking in English from early in the morning until late at night.
All in all, definitely recommended because of the added value for yourself and your employer."
